Rigging: Using decoy line from bottom of the keel, thread line through one hole of the anchor and back out the other, and then down to the loop for transporting decoys.
Lock In Place: Slide anchor to desired depth, grab line between two holes, twisting once or twice (depending on decoy line), lock over middle toe, pulling both ends tight.
Decoy Pickup: Remove line from middle toe and slide anchor back underneath decoy, allowing for easy decoy transport.
